Once we finally got to our room you could not get the air any lower than 72, all the trim was chipped, wall paper was either stained or cracked, and the mattress was as lumpy as my elementary librarians exposed forearms. They hardly paid any attention to us and just kept talking and joking with each other, speaking some ghetto version of English, along with the fact it was hotter than blue blazes in the entire casino.
